Accommodation                                                                                                                                  

All participants were offered overnight accommodation at the Metropolitan Hotel, in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

Event location

Discussions were based at the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, home of the 2004 BC Citizen’s Assembly.

Meals

Meals, snacks and coffee breaks were provided throughout the weekend. Dinner on Saturday night took place at the Vancouver Art Gallery.

Travel

All participants received $100 CAD on every day (Saturday and Sunday) of attendance. This was to cover personal costs such as child care, local travel, cabs between venues and other expenses.

Free parking was available at both the Metropolitan Hotel and the Wosk Centre – for participants.
